ROSE KELLEY SCHOLARSHIP — PLAIN-TEXT APPLICATION

A $1,000 award for autistic students pursuing education after high
school. Deadline: October 15, 2026, 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

This is the complete application — the same one on the website, scored
with the same published rubric. Answer the five items below in an email
(or on paper, or in a video or audio recording — every format counts
equally) and send it to:

You will get a confirmation email after we receive it, and every
applicant hears back by December 1, 2026.

BEFORE YOU START — you can apply if all four are true:
  1. You identify as autistic (self-identification is accepted;
     a formal diagnosis is NOT required)
  2. You are pursuing education after high school (college, community
     college, trade school, or a certificate program)
  3. You will be enrolled during the 2026-27 school year
     (part-time is fine)
  4. You live in the United States (any state or territory;
     citizenship is not required)

GPA is not a requirement and grades are not scored.

HOW IT'S SCORED

Two readers score every application independently, 1-5 points each on:
  - A path of your own (how clearly you describe where you're headed)
  - Steps already taken (effort counts wherever it happened)
  - What $1,000 changes (specific and honest beats dramatic)
Writing style, spelling, and grammar earn zero points. Substance does.
